Language is the property of everyone, and therefore God and everyone have an attitude towards it — and on what is right and wrong. At the most prescriptive end of the spectrum, one believes that one is right and everything else is wrong, including dialect. It's not that simple, but that doesn't mean that all language is right. It was nuanced by Swedish linguist Ulf Teleman in 1979 by introducing the concepts norm conflict, norm gapandnorm breakdown.
